American Samoa

I have been considering moving to American Samoa and would love to hear from you if you live there, have lived there, or have traveled there. Do you recomend it? Are there jobs? What does it cost to live there? Are the people nice to people from mainland US? Or any thoughts in general about living there? I currently live in California and work for the govt. I have lived in Alaska, NY, Virginia, and California. I work with federal grants and that seems like something that would be useful in American Samoa. Please help me with info. Thank You.
